There is a new integration build
of JavE 6.0 available for testing.
Besides minor improvements it also includes a converter to create
KiCad electronic components from images.
Yes, this one is a bit off topic for an Ascii-Art converter :-)

- Google Maps is now also available as Ascii Art on http://www.asciimaps.com (Update: The web site is no longer online as of March 2009). Of course JavE is doing all the Ascii rendering behind the scenes.

at http://fixedsys.moviecorner.de.

Now you can start JavE by double clicking on the launcher.

- I have added a JavE Guestbook.
- The new version 4.0 has now reached beta test status. With a little luck the final version will
be released in a few days. Stay tuned!

For MacOS users there is now a launcher for JavE3.0 available for download
- 1. Download and unpack JavE
- 2. Unpack the launcher JaveMac.sit into the JavE-Folder
Now you can start JavE by double clicking on the launcher.
So MacOS users will no longer have to install a complete SDK
- only the Macintosh Runtime Environment for Java (MRJ) is needed.
